House Rules
Dear Guests,
to make your stay at Hotel & Pension am Park as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to read and follow the house rules below. They exist for your safety, harmonious coexistence, and the protection of our property.
1. Order and Safety
• The building and surrounding areas are monitored by cameras to protect all guests and employees. Recordings are processed and deleted in accordance with legal requirements. Compliance with data protection regulations is monitored by an external company. • A speed limit of walking pace (max. 10 km/h) applies in the parking area. Please park only in the designated spaces. Emergency exits and driving lanes must remain unobstructed at all times. Accidents or damage to other vehicles must be reported immediately at the information desk. For documentation, the relevant authorities will be involved. • Some emergency exits are alarm-secured, and escape stairways are video-monitored. Any improper use will be reported to the authorities; resulting costs will be charged to the offender. • Hotel & Pension staff are authorized to issue instructions to ensure compliance with the house rules and may impose a ban from the premises if necessary.
2. Smoking and Open Fire
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes, shisha, etc.) and any open flame is strictly prohibited throughout the entire indoor area — especially in stairwells, corridors, breakfast areas, sanitary facilities, and all rooms. In case of violation, a cleaning fee of up to €500 will be charged. Additional costs may apply for further damage. • Triggering a false fire alarm incurs costs starting at €3,500, which will be billed to the person responsible.
3. Handling of Hotel Property
• Please treat all furnishings inside the hotel, the guesthouse, and the outdoor areas with care. • Damages caused by guests will be charged and may be reported to the authorities if necessary.
4. Rooms & Quiet Hours
• Rooms are available from 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Please drop your key into the Express Check-out Box in front of House A.
• When leaving the room, please turn off lights, TV, air conditioning/heating, and close the windows.
• For safety reasons, leaning out of windows or throwing objects outside is not permitted. Windows
may only be opened for ventilation. Window ledges are not seating areas. Access to adjacent flat roofs is prohibited.
• Housekeeping is carried out automatically every two days. Daily cleaning can be arranged at the information desk the day before.
• Pets are not permitted in the hotel or the guesthouse.
• Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Disturbances may result in eviction from the premises. Security staff are authorized to enforce the house rules.
5. Illegal Drugs & Weapons
• Bringing or consuming illegal drugs and carrying weapons is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate expulsion and will be reported to the authorities.
6. Use of the Internet
• When using our Wi-Fi, all applicable data protection laws and child and youth protection regulations must be observed.
• Violations will be reported to the authorities.
• We assume no liability for outages or limited reception.
7. Underage Guests
• Guests aged 16 to 18 require written consent from their legal guardians, which must be submitted to the hotel or guesthouse.
• Babies, toddlers, and children up to and including 14 years may not be left unsupervised in the room — even if they are sleeping. The hotel and guesthouse do not provide supervision. Violations may be reported to the authorities.
8. Behaviour in Emergencies
• The fire alarm is a loud warning signal. When it sounds, rooms may no longer be entered. The building must be evacuated immediately using the marked escape routes.
• Elevators must not be used in an emergency — please use only stairways and emergency staircases. • An evacuation plan is located inside the room door and in the hallways. Please follow the instructions of staff, the information desk, or security at all times.
9. Liability
• The hotel and guesthouse assume no liability for the loss of valuables such as jewellery or cash. • In case of suspected incidents, the relevant authorities will be notified. Image and access data may be stored and provided exclusively to these authorities.
10. Information Desk
• Our information desk is staffed daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Hours may vary during the low season.
• Please report room defects or inconveniences caused by our staff to the information desk immediately or in writing to reservierung@amparkrust.de
Final Provision
We reserve the right to terminate contracts or discontinue services if guests violate the house rules or if a guest’s behaviour causes harm to the hotel or other guests.
